DDR5 CSODIMM offers the industry's fastest memory speed with 6400 MT/s, and two new components have been added to enhance the integrity and reliability of the high-speed clock signal:

Client Clock Driver (CKD):

  • Buffers the clock signals between the host controller and DRAM.
  • Maintains the integrity and reliability of high-speed clock signals.

Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode:

  • Provides overvoltage and ESD protection.
  • Protects ICs from accidental spikes such as electrostatic and power fluctuations.

Modules comply with all relevant JEDEC standards and are available in 8GB, 16GB, 24GB, 32GB, 48GB, and 64GB capacities.
