We know that long-term availability is one of the most important factors of consideration when customers are making product development decisions. Extending the product life and ensuring resources and parts are available throughout the life cycle is critical to success. Designs and components are selected to insure the finished product yields a long and stable life cycle. Second sources on critical components are identified and tested for compatibility in the event they are needed. We have a history of providing support and ensuring parts availability beyond 7 years.

RMA Services

During the active life of the Anewtech product, all software and firmware updates, along with any repairs, are covered under a 1-year warranty policy from the date of shipment. The standard warranty can be extended for up to 3-year warranty period.
