DDR5 WT (wide temperature) ECC UDIMM offers the memory speed of 4,800MT/s - the perfect fit for any in-vehicle, surveillance, automation and embedded application. The modules come equipped with 30μ”Gold Fingers, and another significant structural change is dual-channel DIMM architecture.

For DDR5, each DIMM has two 36-bit channels (32 data bits plus using 4 ECC data bits). Two independent sub-channels improve memory access efficiency, leading to greater speeds with higher efficiency. The modules comply with all relevant JEDEC standards, can operate in temperatures (TC) from -40ºC to 95ºC, and are available in 16GB, and 32GB capacities.
