Intelligent Stack Light Monitoring Sensor for OEE Application
AD-WISE-S100 one-size-fits-all design can detect and indicate several simultaneous operational states through the use of light states such as light on, light off, slow blinking, and fast blinking. WISE-S100 has 8 sensors inside taking up over 90% of its height.
When AD-WISE-4000 wireless modular I/O series is paired with the WISE-S100 sensor, users get a remote and intelligent OEE solution that can be integrated into machinery without stopping production or worrying about wiring.
AD-WISE-4000 supports WiFi 2.4G and various LPWAN wireless technologies such as LoRaWAN and proprietary LPWAN (SUB-G) which has higher penetration, lower interference, wider coverage, and fits diverse production scenarios on the production line. WISE-4000 LPWAN series comes with an optional battery power solution.
Based on proprietary LPWAN technology, the new AD-WISE-4210 series products minimize frequency band interference, support a wider data transmission range, are compatible with lithium batteries, and enable cloud platform integration. By locking the sub-GHz frequency band, AD-WISE-4210 series products significantly reduce susceptibility to interference for 2.4 GHz wireless communication technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Zigbee.
By supporting a network transmission distance of up to 5 km, AD-WISE-4210 series meets the requirements of large-scale interior environments such as data centers, factories, and warehouses for collecting and applying a wide range of interior data. With LPWAN technology, only three 3.6V lithium batteries are required to operate AD-WISE-4210 sensor nodes for up to five years, eliminating the need for additional wiring and frequent recharging. Additionally, AD-WISE-4210 series supports multiple transfer protocols, including MQTT, RESTful, Modbus/TCP, and Modbus/RTU, for simple device-to-cloud connections.
